These terms govern your use of the Bodega Outlet website and your purchases from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to create an account or make a purchase. Wholesale accounts require a valid business license or resale certificate.

2. Product listings

We do our best to describe products accurately — dimensions, condition, quantity — but small errors can happen. If a listing is clearly wrong (price, availability, spec), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund it in full before shipping. Colors on-screen may differ slightly from actual products due to your display settings.

3. Pricing & availability

Prices and availability change constantly. The price at the time you check out is the price you pay. Inventory is not reserved until an order is submitted, and we occasionally oversell an item — if that happens we'll notify you within 1 business day and either offer a substitute or issue a refund.

4. Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept or reject that offer when we ship the order. All charges are in US dollars unless noted. Sales tax is added where applicable.

7. Warranties & disclaimers

We sell most items "as-is". Manufacturer warranties, if any, are honoured directly by the manufacturer. To the extent permitted by law, we make no other warranties — express or implied — including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If you have questions about a specific item's warranty, contact us before purchase.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or the site is limited to the amount you paid for the item(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. User accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraud.

You may not use our site or products to:
